Merry doll-filled Christmas
Okay so I decided that maybe its about time for a new post lol.
Ack I have been so busy! But yesterday was Christmas and it was exhausting. I always find Christmas exhausting, even when I don't do anything. Anyway, I got lots of stuff. Monies (going to be saved to go to Seren's body...I mean sure its only $45 but that is $45 more towards it than I had last week lol), a Wii, a tiny guitar to scale for a 60cm boy (for Seren when he gets his body), a pretty journal for me to put all my doll photo stories, Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny on DVD, Mulan on DVD and stuff into and a special book that has all kinds of neat bjd stuff in it (like tutorials on faceups and body blushing and restringing, comics, reviews of doll companies...its quite good actually!).
I ate more than I should have. We stayed at my grandparents' house for most of the day, it was quite boring because I had to leave my Wii at home (otherwise I am positive my grandpa would have broken it *rolls eyes*).

Amongst the Christmas carnage...Kaito in his little pants/skirt combo which is actually meant for 70cm sized boys from Dollmore (I just roll up the bottoms of the leg parts and they look great on him lol)

So the biggest present wasn't for Shreds at all (although he doesn't quite get that yet), it was actually my younger sister's first doll. A KD Bory named Yasahiro.
I did Yasa's faceup (see I can do normal ones too lol)
Yeah...Shreds still thinks that Yasa was his present...he loves his new friend so much (especially since they are the same size lol...he keeps falling onto him and putting his arms around him).
Yasa seems to be quite taken by Kaito...however I don't think he realizes that Kaito isn't a girl (not a problem in my books but Yasa is of the...uh...very straight variety).
We all hope you had a very enjoyable Christmas like we did, filled with much gaming and dolly goodness!

Right now, apart from being on the net, I am waiting for Kaito to dry so I can clear coat him. I took him apart completely and cleaned him because he needed a new faceup desperately and he was so damn dirty! I mean his upper arms/shoulders, thighs and hip-torso joint area looked like they came from a tan doll...can you say ewww! (I actually didn't realize it was that bad until I took him apart for cleaning) So he'll be lovely and clean for New Years.
