Sydney still and no pictures yet.
Well for those of you who don't know SydNova has been and gone and it was great! I'll be posting the pics in a few weeks because atm I am still in Sydney and staying at my Nan and Pop's house. They don't even have a computer, let alone the internet...insanity I know! Atm I am so desperate for some form of web communication that I am using my aunt's dial up whilst everyone else rests after having lunch at her place. You see how desperate I am to talk to you all!?! Honest to god...Dial Up!
Meh, anyway...I went to the con. I had so much fun. I got my photo taken with 3 other L cosplayers and one of them kept giving me lollypops because I had finished all my sweets and he said that "he couldn't stand to see another L without candy" lol. I also got my photo taken with Jack Sparrow (who then tried to shoot Sonic the Hedgehog...yeah best not to ask) and then there was a Gir cosplayer...man he was funny! It was great. I realised that at the con is the only place where it is normal for you to see Marie Antoinette, Jack Sparrow, the Pink Power Ranger and a Jedi all talking to one another. lol.
I've got some more busy weeks ahead of me...*sigh* do you know how difficult it is to find internet cafe's around here? There are 5 listed in the phone book and they are all on the other side of Sydney! Plus all the Cold Rock ice creameries are in places that are too far away to travel to and the same with Borders (I'm dying from lack of manga and anime....I swear I've read/watched all the ones I brought with me aout 10 times now!)...I swear! And the number of times my uncle has placed my dolls in gay poses...I'm about ready to punch him! (Oh and he fell off a 2 story roof and missed work for 4 days and wouldn't see the doctor! He is so thick I swear)
Anyway best get back and socialize.
