Okay so I copped out and instead of going through a mad rush of sewing before the con, trying to make an Akatsuki cloak, TJ!Sasuke outfit, two pairs of ninja sandals and finding a decent long black wig for my bleach blonde sister...I'm just digging into the costumes and clothes I already have and we're doing a Death Note cosplay for SydNova. She'll be going as Misa (I actually have clothes which are almost exactly what she wears in the anime...plus she's blonde in the anime so bonus for no wig there) and I'll be going as L (heh such an easy costume...although I'll be straightening/hair spraying my hair to hell to get his crazy spikes...I need to trim the ends of my hair so its the right length...I'll get mum to do it though because I don't have enough cash to go to the hairdresser).
Doo doo doo...I got my tickets for SydNova too. My lovely Krissu-kun sent them to me *kisses* because he has a credit card and I do not. (I almost wrote note XD, something on the brain rly?)
Oh also I got the special edition DVD of the Death Note anime (I have the whole anime series now), apparently it gives a very final ending to the series...I haven't watched it all yet though. Atm its just summarizing the series...I hope it actually tells us what happened to my dear L.
