I still haven't posted about the event, which is partly due to being ill and partly due to my terrible memory. However, it's half done, so I shall do so later

Honestly I don't know if it'd help. I've tried asking for a house meeting a few times and it just hasn't happened. And talking them on their own will probably result in a screaming match.
I think they do. In fact at times it seems almost deliberate. It's stupid things, like refusing to pick up something in the shop for me, or not making me tea when making it for other people. But it hurts and irks.
I'll talk to them soon though I guess. I just really wish I didn't have to.
Aoife - the only reason Ravenfire didn't stop me is cause there's a big enough gap between events right now that by the time the next one comes around I won't mind dying it auburn again :D And yes....yes it really does suck.
Briege - your hair is too pretty to die. Although Alrisha really should.....maybe get a wig for her? Shock everyone by not wearing the head scarf :D
Your hair is glorious. I'm still at a stage where seeing my own colour again has some novelty value, so at the moment, I'm just growing it out.
Aoife - Have you considered doing the tips and then getting a trim just before the event?
Anyway, any group of people living together in a small space will get on each others nerves eventually. House meeetings are big and clever, but even if you can't, do try to talk to them. Be specific about what's bothering you, don't assume that they're doing it to annoy you, ask them if they have any issues with you - you may still get a shouting match, but it's worth a shot, and better than letting it build up to the point where you explode.
Tips would require too much effort. I used to have streaks of various sizes, but when the colour washed out the bleach was left and looked crap and when I covered it up I'd get bored of the new colour too quickly.
HUGS hunnie. It sucks that you are fighting with them and it can be really difficult. However you really do need to broach the subject. May I suggest doing it using "I feel..." statements. My mum has always sworn that they do tend to stop situations escalating as quickly. The longer you wait to talk to them the worse it will be when the time comes. However I do understand about not wanting to do it when you have a visitor. HUG if you wanna chat about it you know where I am hunnie. Anytime you feel that you need to talk. XXX
Yeah, I know what you mean about best friends and sharing living space and things going pear-shaped. Sometimes you have to just bite the bullet and accept that if you continue to live together, your friendship will be destroyed. (But if you stop living together, it can be saved.) It's hard and hurty, but it has to be thrashed out.
Good luck, and I will give you hugs on Saturday. :-)
