Frost off let me preface this with I know I am fat and while I am not really okay with this I am adult enough to recognize it. I intend to do something about this now. As in right now this very minute! This morning I got myself up got myself dressed and got myself over the embarassment of my lumbering out of shape of a lump of a body and tried to run. I started the couch to 5k today. I don't expect miracles but I do expect myself not to give up. Warning my next round of posts will be all about this the good the bad and the ugly. I won't say this will be easy or interesting but it will be honest and true as I can make it.
