Sooooo close
Only about one week left till spring break! I think I'm more excited about the whole no school thing than I am about going to the Keys. I mean I LOVE going to Florida but right now I am so stressed over school I'm just looking forward to having a break. I am in the middle of three papers all just for my English class. 3 papers for 1 class!!! And in order to do the last one I have to read a 500 page book, of which I am only like on page 20.
I get to babysit little kids this weekend. YAY! If you can't tell I LOVE little kids. I want 5 of my own. Wouldn't that be awesome. We are doing the AGR babysitting and I signed up for both times. I figure since I really don't do all that much I might as well. I do the required stuff but if it's not required then I just can't seem to find the time for it. And we wonder why grades aren't great, lol.
Starting Saturday my days will be all SigAl. I'm doing TKE pulling for the children, then both babysitting shifts on Saturday (thats almost 12 hours all together). Sunday I will be up there for the house work day. Monday we have the regular meeting. Tuesday is Sigma Alpha Snacks, which I am actually involved in and will be helping prepare ALL day long. Julie wanted to do the BigSis/LilSis party on Thursday, but thankfully she decided not to. And Friday I will be leaving to the Keys with Judy, Alex, and Lana.
Hopefully I can do something with Trent on Friday. If I don't then I won't be seeing him till after I get back from Florida. That's 2 weeks. Alot longer then usual. But then again, after that he will have alot of free time cuz it will be his spring break, so it shouldn't be too bad. I will be the ONLY one home that whole week. I think I've only slept at my house alone once before. But I do have my puppy Lucy to protect me, lol. Besides, I live so far out that I don't think anyone will be willing to travel so far just to rob me. The big fear is actually the HUGE tree that is about to fall on the power line in the back yard. It's leaning at about a 30-45 degree angle and has huge cracks all the way up. If it falls I will be in a house by my lonesome with no lights. Ya someone might get a roomy and a puppy for a few days, lol.
