So it looks like I am going back to India... next weekend in fact. I'm excited and nervous and a little in shock because I've been told so many times, yeah you're gong back now, no now, and it just never happened. Yay!
It looks like I will be spending 2 weeks in Chennai and one week in Mumbai. I want to try to take a weekend trip to Goa and I wanted to see the Taj, but I don't think I'll be able to do both this time. Hopefully at least one... we'll see.
Chennai is fairly close to Sri Lanka and suffered some damage from the tsunami... (Let's all keep our fingers crossed that we won't have any of that nonsense while our gal is over there, ja?) I'm told it's also a little more conservative and a bit smaller than Mumbai.... I'm gonna stick out even worse than last time...lol I told my boss I'll just have to wear a Sari or a Kurta (although in India they are WAY cheaper than that) the entire time I'm there with some henna and a bindi so I can fit in a bit better. Maybe I should tan before I go...
If any one wants anything, I need a list and moolah before next Friday!
