Freaked out at night again

I scared Saori at night again. I woke up and crawled like a freak over Saori's legs last night waking her up. I was on all fours and was staring off into nowhere and it scared her so she asked me what was wrong. At this point, I was awake but I was also still in some kind of half dream mode. I told her that weird patterns woke me up (which was true). I have this weird thing where I will see weird patterns of color and lines (like an old windows screensaver) and it'll wake me up or keep me from going back to sleep. But since I was so out of it, my explanation was all slow and I was all tranced out, which freaked Saori out even more.

Here's a rough example of how the conversation kind of went from what I can remember. During the whole time, I'm on all fours staring out into nowhere with a blank expression.

Her: What's wrong?
--long pause--
Me: Patterns woke me up.
Her: What's a pattern? (she asked this because I said the word like it was English)
--another long pause--
Me: Just patterns.
Her: What patterns?
--another pause--
Me: Patterns that I saw in a dream.
Her: What are you talking about?
--pause--
Me: Isn't that the word for pattern in Japanese?
Her: Yeah, but I don't get it. You're scaring me, what's wrong?
Me: Sometimes they just wake me up.

I remembered the conversation after she mentioned it to me this morning. It actually went on longer than this with me repeating a lot of the same things I had already said over and over again.
