i made sweet tea!!
on my 3rd try to make some good sweet tea, I succeeded!! the first time i burnt it. . . and how do you burn tea? lol. the second time i didn't put enough water in it. this time it tastes pretty good! let me write down exactly what i did for next time. . .
1 family size tea bag
5 1/2- 6 cups of water
1 1/4 cups of sugar
Boil w/ tea bag for 12-13 minutes
i told my roomate and her bf(both japanese) about my tea messups and once i finished this time i offered some to her bf. . . he said it was 'not bad'. haha. unless you're used to really sweet tea, this is not for you. but it's good to me.
i feel so accomplished! go me!
one more accomplishment for the day-i'm over half-way done w/ my short history paper. it's easier than i thought.
