(no subject)
i'm sorry i never update. there's not a lot of news to share, and i don't have many intriguing ideas of what to write about.
life has been pleasant lately. getting married has of course been the highlight. and work has provided balance.
moving into a new apartment has been fun, but there's a lot of arranging still to be done.
a week or so ago, i was eating snack wraps at mcdonald's with scott. we were sitting near an obnoxious older couple. i heard them talking about a baby squirrel. then i saw a gray tail inside the woman's purse. they apparently had placed a sundae inside the purse for the squirrel to enjoy. a real, live squirrel at McDonald's!
most of the rest of my life seems to be consumed by work. the only thing i can really say about work is that it is never boring. if i were a sociologist, most of my co-workers would be fun to study. it is unfortunate that i don't get paid to stare at them/write observations all day.
tomorrow is scott's birthday, but we will have to celebrate tonight, since i work tomorrow :( i'm happy i have today off, at least, and i should really go make some plans.
