Title of this blog ("There's No Tomorrow Like Yesterday") is slightly disturbing bc I came up with it in high school to describe how I was a regret-focused person, but now at the end of my undergrad I'm still the same damn person -- yet the sweet, nostalgic days of the past I long for were still to come at the time I used that phrase to describe myself.
I mean...I always knew objectively that my ultra regretful tendencies were like that, and that during the days I later would regard as really good and now lost to me, I would at the time be longing for some era even farther in the past. But how strange to be confronted with evidence directly.
