Exercising regularly (it boosts energy.)
Trying best to appreciate nature.
Attempting to eliminate afternoon napping.
Putting heart into work.
Actually sleeping at night once in while.
Relieving irrational jealousy of near-strangers by befriending said strangers and sitting outside in the warm grass with them, looking at birds and bugs and talking about... life and things…
