Putting out feelers
I'm starting to seriously consider putting together a band again. I still haven't figured out many details, though I do know that I'll need 1) a bassist, 2) a drummer/percussionist, and possibly 3) a lead guitarist. It would be good if all of them could sing, too. Interesting and/or fun additional instruments could be a) fiddle, b) whistle/flute, c) mandolin, d) keyboard, or e) dulcimer. This is not by any means an exhaustive list.
I don't know how or when I'll be auditioning anyone, nor do I know anything about financial arrangements or the lack thereof. I just know that I would really like some backup, some extra oomph to get me places that I can't get on my own.
Any suggestions or comments are greatly welcome. Even if you think it's a stupid idea. ;-)
