I drive 45!
As of 1pm on Saturday, I am the proud owner of a 2002 Toyota Prius!
And yes, before you ask, it does have a new battery pack. Well, a two-year-old battery pack, which is new enough.
I am very happy. According to the on-board computer, during my commute in to work this morning, I averaged 45MPG, which is 50% better than my Saturn got.
I still have the Saturn for now, but it may end up going to my brother to replace his old and ailing vehicle. It depends on how much it would cost to make all the necessary repairs on each car.
But either way ... I AM A PRIUS OWNER! YAY!
