I had to go into the office on a Friday for the first time in like a year because one of my employees was giving a presentation. Anyway, apparently, the office is like party central on Fridays. No one except my group was doing any work. Everyone was talking and it was SO LOUD. I guess since a lot of managers, directors, and VPs work from home on Fridays, the masses figure they don't have to behave. What is this? Kindergarten? Or a professional work environment? I couldn't tell yesterday.

Going down to my parents this weekend. It's a beautiful day out here on Lake Michigan though. Just wish it was warm enough to take the dogs to the beach.
