We can do this two ways; the easy way or the dead way.
Last night I made ravioli from scratch. All of it. The pasta and the ricotta filling and the sauce. Yes, I actually made cheese! With my own two hands! I really want to make paneer next, see how that goes, and then get a bit more adventurous. I'd also like to get the sausage making attachment for my Kitchen Aid stand mixer and try that out someday. I tell you, having the pasta attachment is a lot easier than my old hand crank which required two people (one to crank, one to hold the pasta). I do need to get a bigger ravioli stamp though.
The downside of cooking from scratch is that I now have at least three sinkful's worth of dishes to wash. I should've done it last night but I was exhausted from all the cooking.
What I'd really rather be doing is finishing Saints Row 2 so when Saints Row The Third arrives on my doorstep, I will be ready for it. I'm also expecting Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 and Assassin's Creed Revelations soon. I am so excited for all these games. But then I have so much fandom stuff due in the next month! Woe is me.
