So I've found the most perfect condo ever in the coolest building ever.

I mean look at this unit.
OMG the tiles in the kitchen. I could die. It's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.
The problem? It's a co-op so they supposedly require some ridiculous down payment that I can't afford. Why sob why?!
