Dude, you're getting a... house.
About a year ago, I got promoted at work and my life has been a whirlwind ever since. I've done things I've never done before, traveled all over the world and now I'm buying a home.
I applied for a pre-approval on a mortgage Tuesday night and about an hour ago, I got approved. So time to start shopping with my real estate agent/co-worker/travel companion SR. This feels completely and totally insane to me. I mean, a house (or condo) that I will own. Like an adult or something.
And in other good news, I'm getting a short story published in an anthology.
Perhaps I should buy a lotto ticket? I really don't even know what to do with all of this. Holy fucking shit my heart is going to burst.
