okay so i'm behind on this. but i always am so.
saw cadillac records on saturday. if beyonce's name wasn't in the opening credits, i wouldn't have even realized she was in the movie; she was that good. now i need to update my ipod with all my blues stuff because i'm in the mood for some muddy waters.
still haven't watched the now 4 weeks, i think, worth of tv shows i dvr'd so i have no idea what's going on with like anything right now. could be why i'm avoiding this thing because i don't want to be spoiled on an episode of heroes from like october. ha.
anyway, i'm level 20 on fallout 3. i'm actually better than my brothers at this game. go figure. not sure how the game ends, just know that it does, so i've got to plan what i want to play next. bren has been talking about getting me left 4 dead so i can play with him, tom and their friend josh online. i'm not big into that kind of thing because like any other rpg, it sucks your life away when you have to plan game-time for people in two different time zones and four different work schedules and therefore feel obligated to be online the whole time they're there. did that with world of warcraft and got so sick of it. then again, that game still seems pointless to me. besides, need to fix my power source issue (still!) first.
i have insomnia pretty badly. been getting about 4 hours of sleep total in 20 minute increments every night for about a month now. so i spend a lot of my night reading j2/spn big bang stories because i'm up anyway. lots of good stuff out there and i'm thinking about doing it myself in this up-coming season. 'course i can't even finish my entourage au right now so what am i saying?
lesson for the day: you know you're an adult when you spend your vacation days running errands, cleaning house and doing other responsible stuff instead of sitting on your ass playing video games.
