Ever since the hospital, I find that I need routine, and once I find a routine, any disruption to it causes me serious problems. There was a disruption today and I haven't been sleeping very well, so I was just not in a good mood all day. Plus, I fell asleep at my desk this morning. Luckily, I explained to my co-workers a long time ago that I have insomnia, so they just figure it's that and not a deep depression like it actually is and they check on me but don't ask too many questions.

My parents have been careful to tip-toe around me lately and they go out of their way to make sure they don't trigger an episode. Today they bought me a chopped salad and made pizza for dinner. Although they had already eaten, they sat at the table with me and listened to me mutter about work and other things that probably didn't make much sense to them. Afterward, they made me come down here and I was pretty shocked to see that they had cleaned the basement a bit. My dad actually threw out some of his hundreds of binders full of work crap from twenty years ago, which I was pretty sure would only happen at the apocalypse, so be on the lookout for those plagues of locusts.

Anyway, amazon.com has TV DVD sets on sale for half off and so I bought seasons one and two of Prison Break. I'm seriously starting to have a massive obsession with this show, alas.

less reading more tv, prison break, who needs sleep?, obsession, food, mental health
