So, Nomad (the dog's name now) was not very active yesterday, and finally we noticed that he was limping slightly. He couldn't barely walk at all on gravel. At first mom thought it was cuz he may have been bumped by a car or something, as he had been wandering around the area for a few days. Later our neighbor mentioned it could be because of his really long toenails (mom has never seen nails that long on a dog before). So mom trimmed them a little today so he will be more comfortable for the weekend, and we are most likely going to get him taken in for a professional to do the job on mon or tues.
But now that his feet don't hurt him as much, he is more willing to jump on people (grrrrr). Oh well, we will train him no more of that. Mom got him a flea collar (as he seemed to have a problem with fleas) and I think that getting him in a car won't be much of a problem to get him to the groomer/vet in the case that he isn't neutered (cuz we want him to be and really aren't proffessionals on the matter of dog anatomy). Plus, he don't roll over for us too much for revealing. Now all we have to do is find a car for him to ride in, as no one wants dog all over the car. Prolly the bronco.
Scott took him for a walk, so I guess he does the whole "collar and leash" thing alright.
and he's still cute.

oh yeah, and there was this dirty old man at work today. bleech. He was asking for some chinese food and then told me the joke "what was the first thing Adam said to Eve? 'watch out, I don't know how big this thing is going to get'". It isn't the joke, I have heard it before. It's more the "why the fuck would a 50something old man think it appropriate to say this to me here at work when there is absolutely nothing suggesting that it is ok to say this to me?" Oh well, I just gave him his stuff and walked away. Not a big deal, I have dealt with much worse, but it's a WTF kind of thing.
