Christmas Plans. I haz them.
So. Read this post if you’d like to meet up with me at any point in the next 4 weeks! Or you won’t know what I’m doing and that would be a shame. I’ve put it up for public consumption for those of you over on facebook but not here on lj.
This week:
Tonight - Zonk out and chill
Tomorrow - Film Night, usual drill, we’re watching Bronson and Hot Rod (I know, bit of a combo but there we are!)
Friday - Possibly SacriLARGE?!?
Saturday - Free right now
Sunday - Free right now
Next week (Christmas week):
Monday - akonken
Tuesday - Roleplay
Wednesday - Free evening and I’m not working the Thursday so…
Thursday - Sort out my travel bag, then the flat, then it’s

Thursday 23rd December
7.30pm
My Dad is coming through to get me (weather permitting) so we’re not having Film Night. However, I’d still encourage you all to come out and play. We’re, surprise surprise, Dev’ing it. He’s heard me mention it a handful of times and is quite keen to visit said establishment. Be there. We’ll aim for 7.30pm ish, depending on how his travelling goes. He’s tattooed, pierced, very sociable and loves his rock music. You’ll all love him (he can be very cheeky, you’ll love his sense of humour!)
Friday - Travel up to Carlisle with Dadykins, Evening involves drinks either with parental units friends OR, depending on who I can find and round up, my mates in town
Saturday - Granparents, ‘Rents and Me take on Christmas Day, possible visit to the Irvings residence to commiserate with Ian and point and laugh at his sister, whilst hugging his Mum
Sunday - Recover
Week following (New Years week):
Monday - Free
Tuesday - Free
Wednesday - Travel back / unless plans change
Thursday - Travel back if I haven’t already / Recover / unpack / wash things
Friday - Get Ready to Party, head to Salon Rouge with technotom, see in the New Year with hairyhippy, generally be drunk and debauched
Saturday - Regret the last drink
Sunday - Free

I have, in the interests of being smart, booked return train tickets already and reserved seats. If you are curious (and this will I suspect apply mostly to the Northern crew so we can sort out meeting up), they are cunningly hidden under this line:
Friday 24th December
Leaving Cambridge at 10:00 on 24th December, arrives Birmingham at 12:39, Coach A, Seat 1 A
Leaving Birmingham at 13:20, arrives Carlisle at 16:01, Coach D, Seat 20A
Wednesday 29th December
Leaving Carlisle at 14:07 on 29th December, arrives Birmingham at 16:55, Coach D, Seat 4A
Leaving Birmingham at 17:22, arrives Cambridge at 20:08, Coach C, Seat 13A
As ever, have given myself at least 20 minutes train transfer time and have actually got an open return so that if I decide to take a different train on a different day, it isn’t a problem on the way back. Also as ever, going via Birmingham in case there is a problem as at least I’ve a few bodies there who could shelter me if it came to it and I know my way around the station and the city.
Whilst Dad is supposed to be coming down to get me, we will of course need to re-think if the weather is bad, hence I’ve got trains booked both ways.
