Need A Hug
I had to go to the hospital today. I hate hospitals. It was very emotional and scary.
Completley unrelated....Driving myself home from the hospital I almost got into a car crash. On a two way street a car was waiting to turn left, I was stopped behind it waiting for them to turn and some guy going at least 70 in a giant truck wasn't paying attention and wasn't stopping. I saw him not stopping and I had nowhere I could go. He looked up from his phone at the last minute, swerved into the ditch on the side of the road, and missed me by inches.
I'm tired, weak, in pain, and hungry. I'm going to lay down until my husband gets home in a couple hours... at which point I'm going to cash in a great big and well deserved hug, sigh.
