Only three more days after today. I think of this time as comparable to finals week. A few long, grueling days and then a break, only in this case the break is school. I will be very happy to stop complaining about work when it is over

Consider your schedule on a weekly basis, then plan out the types of things you like to eat & shop accordingly (that way you don't waste money buying things that spoil because you don't have time to cook, or eat the same thing 3 days in a row 'cause you can only make one dish with the ingredients you have on hand)... and I'm a big fan of making "semi-homemade" dishes (like the show on Food Network, although I can't stand the host)... it might be a little more expensive to purchase stuff like lettuce that's already cut & washed, but it'll save you a lot of time, and so I think the trade-off is worth it.
Dishes like chili & soups freeze really well so if you have time to make a big batch on the weekends or when you have some downtime, you can freeze individual size portions to thaw out and eat later during the week. That's all off the top of my head for the moment. :) Good job on the new schedule-- no class 'til noon sounds great!
