korean class
Today I realized that I am really going to miss my Korean class...I went to turn in some stuff to my 선생님, and when I left I saw around in her window that she was actually there (I'd left my stuff in her mailbox). And it just made me really sad that I didn't really have a reason to go back and talk to her, and really I don't have any more reason to see her or my class and enjoy hanging out and learning Korean with those guys. There are a few of us who have been together in that class for 3 whole years (and Justina for 2.5)...it's really too bad that I didn't realize I'd miss them until after our last class and everything. :(
So here's a slideshow of Korean class memories ~ it's short, but I thought it was better than posting all the pictures individually:
Also, they're getting ready already for Graduation on the Diag - it's really awesome. There are tons of people working on it - they're putting out thousands of tiles of some kind of temporary floor over the grassy parts, for all the chairs to sit on I guess. Anyway just trust me that it looks cool like a huge project, and it's really fun and nice to me that the school is working so hard on our graduation, especially in how they've dealt with the stadium thing. I really appreciate that about U of M - they really know the appropriate amount of hoopla to make over these kind of things. They take it really seriously and it makes you really feel like the University respects us and recognizes our achievements, even though we're just one class among all of the classes they've had. I love how classy they are. :)
