in the midst of the last night of my intense bake-a-thon for a wedding, i have been talking it up with new roommate bill about my disappointment in fergie. really, i think she made me queer when i was eight, but i thought her solo album left a lot to be desired. as my pop culture lexicon mate, jazzles, helped me realize, she's a rip off artist ( fergalicious is supersonic by jj fad) and i just don't feel her songs. she's plain and i'm not inspired.
so, to get to the story, bill pointed out how black eyed peas "don't funk with my heart" ripped off lisa lisa's "i wonder if i take you home." i started to really feel lisa lisa's freestyle tunes while i was frosting cakes and was completely floored to find out that her can you feel the beat was ripped of by nina skye's move your body girl .
