It's beautiful weather here in Fukuyama!
The sun is shining, it's warm, and the plum blossoms are open and smell lovely. Not to far away from cherry blossom season.
Today the governments gives me the money Nova shorted me, basically $3500. It took 5 months from the shut down in October to now. The score is finally evened out. Unfortunately, one of the teachers still here received paperwork for the wrong person and hasn't been able to file. What a shaft. He is even staying on another 6 months for the new company. They owe him at least this. It's not like it's coming out of the new company's pocket.
Life is good. I'm busy in the evenings, and I'm free all day to run errands, watch movies, and knit like a fiend. I started on Eunny Jang's Endpaper Mitts this month, and I've finished the first one and well into the second. Hopefully they'll be done in a week's time, and I can post more pics for all of you.
I hope everyone is well. Sorry I've missed a few birthdays on your end. I've lost track of time here. I can't believe we are entering spring soon to be well into April. That's almost a year here for me. It doesn't feel all that long. I might have to stay for 5 more for it to sink in.
