Yay Japan!
I'm still waiting on the papers I need to get my visa, but I know my travel accommodations and where I'm living.
Fukuyama in Hiroshima prefecture!
It's certainly no metropolis, but I'll be by the sea (cleverly shielded from potential tsunamis by the island of Shikoku) and a short walk from the bullet train station in Fukuyama.
Now comes the ever tense waiting to get my proper documentation so I can actually GO to Japan and not get held up by immigration authorities.
