Saturday Haze
Ah, I love this weather. Workshop this morning was better, the girls playing Hermia and Helena are just superb. Hermia's 6 and about two feet tall with these huge solemn eyes like a pixie and she's a genius.
Then came all the way home only to go back to Oxford with Mum to see The Changeling at the OFS, which was a genuinely excellent production, which is pretty rare with non-professional stuff at that theatre. Shame the leading lady was so awful. God, though The Changeling's a sexy play! Some of it is straight up porn. Lol, Alfred Enoch from the Harry Potter films was playing Alsamero and was very good; there's a chance I'll meet him next week at a theatre company barbeque so that'd be nice as I could say something intelligent to him! Alex also struck lucky going up to see Joseph Fiennes as Cyrano today, which he loved so that's good too.
Speaking of which; 2 month anniversary! Man texted to remind me and I reminded him that he's made them pretty magnificent months. Despite my increasingly scary health problems and my terror waiting for RADA, he's this one constant ball of loveliness and goodness I'm lucky enough to have in my life. He makes me ridiculously happy.
Another girl I know made it into the Foundation course of RADA. I'm waiting on the 3 yr, which is a different process but still... hugely jealous.
