Hello, Riftlings! This is Aubrey, returning to Chicago after over a year away - I am very excited to play with everyone I know, and meet those of you who are new since I left. ^^
I am bringing in Georgia Mason from the Newsflesh series by Mira Grant. She's a journalist from a world full of zombies, and she's bringing the zombie virus with her. Thanks to the Rift, that virus is only semi-contagious, so Chicago won't be getting its very own zombie apocalypse (just yet), but if you want your characters infected, that is always a possibility - I'll have a permissions post about it up at some point soon, and you are more than welcome to poke me about it. I've written up a summary of Kellis-Amberlee and what it does here, if you're unfamiliar with her canon and are interested.
I will probably not be posting Georgia's intro until Wednesday, when internet actually gets installed at our house, but feel free to add me on inthemortalcity or plurk in the meantime. My email and AIM are posted on Georgia's journal if you need it!
