Convivio - Michael White Restaurant - Southern Italian Cuisine - Midtown, Manhattan
3 NY Times Stars and 1 Michelin Star- On a regular basis we are speaking French, Italian, Spanish and English in this kitchen. Just started recently, but training to be a Chef Tournant (fancy for swing cook which works all stations)

I still read your posts Aimee and Christa...Hope things are going alright...
