Very rarely do I cry in movies, let alone commercials. I didn't even cry when E.T. got sick and apparently that's the big tear-jerker. The number of movies that caused me to tear up I could probably count on my fingers and still have a few fingers leftover to pick my nose or squeegy (sp?) out earwax.

But after however many months it's been on the air, I still cry at the ASPCA commercial. Every time. The tears might not actually fall every time, but THEY'RE THERE! (Notice my correct use of "they're" and "there" and non-use of "their" because it has no place here.) Damn you, Sarah Mclaughlin and all the pitiful dogs and cats!

Did you know that if there's an animal under a pound (or maybe it's under 3 pounds) they wait for 5 days for someone to pick it up and then it's bye-bye? And you aren't allowed to specifically request to see the underweight kittens. Nope.
