This place is free of God. God can not exist in such a place. Purgatory is left to man. God is Heaven, Satan is Hell, Purgatory and Earth are Man.

Mercy shall be left in the hands of man. Punishment and righteousness are only mankind's to handle. Man must justify himself in order to be redeemed.
