Hello. No, I'm not going to apologize for the lack of updates, because, frankly, my life hasn't been eventful enough to post something spectacular. Who reads my journal anyway? If you do, God bless you for caring that much. If you don't, then God has already blessed you with something more important, so go forth and do your thing.
Below is my journal update. It's in one long stream of consciousness, so already you know that it won't make much sense. Did what I write make sense? Huh, pathetic.
Update:
I'm lazy. At the beginning of the year, I was fully motivated to juggle grad school and work, but now I've cut down to just work and a university extension course. I also told myself that I would be studying for the GREs by April and then the GMATs by Winter, but that isn't happening either. Laziness. No, I can't blame the commute to work for being tired, because before, I was able to go to the gym, prep for grad school, and commute to work just fine. Now, I barely go to the gym. Correction, I don't go to the gym. It's summer now (almost), and that "beach" body that all Californians crave for.. yeah, I'm miles from that. Not like I'm completely upset for failing to achieve that goal, but it would have been nice. That sounded vain. It was vain. Apologies. Next up? My living condition. Obviously, living at home at my age would cause friction between my parents and me, but I thought I could suck it up until I save enough money to move out. Actually, I still think I can suck it up. Hmm.. that reminds me, I still have to vacuum the house. The relationship between my parents and I are still going strong, but I know in my heart that it can be stronger with me out of the house. Next year. Hopefully, by next year, I'll take that step. In other news, Apple (my car) is on her death bed. Well, that was over-dramatic. She can still handle my commute to work, but she's having problems. This past Tuesday, I had to jump her twice because the battery died. Prior to that, the axel broke. So besides saving up for my move, I'm also saving up for a car. Yesterday, someone asked me about my hobbies, and I didn't have an answer for him. I've been too involved in work and school that I really don't know what I do for recreation besides watching tv and answering email. Any suggestions? None? Ok, back to television. Goodness. I just realized that most of the tv shows have just ended their season. What am I going to do now?
Today was a good day.
