New job
I love my new job!!!!!
It's basically what was good about my last job without any of the corporate stress because it's locally owned. The owners want their business to do well yet they understand that part of that is creating a positive workplace.
For example, did you know that managers are allowed to compliment employees? I didn't.
I even got to work on a display on my own. He just said this is what we want overall, use your own talent to make it happen. Other job? This is the company wide plan, make it look like this picture.
In other news, I just dropped a crumb on the keyboard and lost it under the enter key. I won't let the kids eat at the computer for that very reason. This isn't even ours; it's borrowed from M's office. Maybe he won't ever find out....
