i got my computer working again. it was a long and painful process.

my computer cant handle mass pop-ads. mainly because it is in the two digit numbers of age. unfortunately, it has many problems with it but we cant afford to fix it or buy a new one so one of us usually gets stuck banging on it with primitive tools such as rocks and large sticks hoping to make the problem disappear.

this time however, our vast knowledge of 'those blinking lights' and 'them metal thingers' wasnt enough to heal whatever virus my computer managed to inhale off the internet this time. i even stole a jack hammer off the street and threatened to commit homicide to the innocent pile of circuits but to no avail.

well, justin needed to finish a report and having no other way to complete said report without access to something that could type and was somewhat more convient than a typewriter, we finally consented to having someone with knowledge of computer talk come take a look at it.

the man arrived and kinda poked at some squares with something like a really pointy screwdriver and said 'mmhm...mmmm...ah...hm' a lot. perhaps he was communicating with the computer's spirit through witchcraft meditation and the pointy screwdriver was his wand. after awhile of this, he managed to get the thing to the 'turned on' stage. the next part was, well, making the thing do something besides emiting error messages and beeping sounds.

two hours later, he got it to where we could use basic functions on it. our bill was starting to rack up and reject hurried him along. finally, after eating a bag of chips (lay's classic no less) and spiting off the balcony onto unspecting people, i saw him pack up and leave. i headed back in the computer room and justin turned it on. we reverently gazed upon our computer moniter and its lack of bad things appearing.

but yeah, if anyone wants to buy me a shiny new computer, ill pay you with twinkies and expired phone cars.
