And as for your thoughts, we all go through days where things just don't match up or work or seem impossible or just difficult, but hang in there, there's good in there for you somewhere. Just make sure to be good to yourself, you deserve it. Sometimes when you get too much sleep its a good thing, leaves your mind time to work through things in your subconcious state. Since you haven't had good sleep the past few days, your body might need time to recooperate. Just take a step back from whatever youre doing when it seems the worst and tell yourself something good that you know is true. It could be simple, like" Scott loves me and I love him"...or "My bathroom towels are just so soft"...but its true and although its not a direct problem solver, it helps you focus on what you already have that makes you happy. Not everyone's problems are solved in a day, so yours won't be either...so just relax, if you don't want to think about the problems, dont...walk away from them for a bit...slow things down. Make sure you have your class papers before class, etc.
