I got my training schedule for Crispers' today its:
Monday from 4pm-8pm
Wednesday from 5pm-10pm
Thursday from 12pm-4pm
Saturday from 5pm-10pm
Sunday from 4pm-7pm

a total of 21 hours. word nigga
