Seriously? I could be talked into appreciating the merits of letting the case wend its way through the court system. He doesn't sound like, "hey, gay marriage is great, but we have to protect voters' rights and legislative integrity and stuff, guys," anymore, though; he sounds like Pat Robertson. Way to make irrelevant, offensive comparatives nationally and legally normative.
