Moving pictures!!!!
I figured out how to do those moving pictures!!!!!!!!

First of all i tried to google search how to loop part of a video.
Well, its close but wrong because what it gave me was instructions on how to repeat part A to B when watching movies on something like vlc player or youtube.
And then i saw related search question how to loop part of a video endlessly for instagram. I figured that if lots of people are doing it for instagram it must be quite easy to do on the phone, just press a few buttons or something.
Well, that was closer, it let me take cuts of videos and loop them endlessly, however it was only videos that i took using my camera!
So then finally i found out the name of those moving video pics are called gifs and thats when i finally hit the jackpot!!!!
I looked up how to make gifs from a video and came across a few apps that let you take a snippet of video of maybe 30sec long and convert it into a gif which i can then use like a picture :) :) :)
The current one im using is gif maker editor app for android and it is very user friendly and lets me take out some seconds of video i dont want so i dont have to select the exact timing of the clip.
