Happy First Day of Spring Semester, CSUNians! :]
It is so good to be back to school, believe it or not. Today I went to my first class and, boy I am so out of touch with classes since December. I've mentioned that I am trying the Real Time Captioning for first time this semester, and today I had it in my Political Science 350, 'Great Questions in Politics'. It is very interesting, very much better than TypeWell kind of captioning. It was amusing that our captionist named Cathy said she is rusty today after long break.
I will have other Pols Sci class later tonight at 6 pm (that class lasts for 4 hours). I am so looking forward to it, especially because my interpreter is Dale. Dale, who happens to be my fraternity's faculty advisor, is very cool and easy to talk to. Two political classes in a day... not bad.
I love school, I'm always like that since middle school. With tens of thousands students walking on campus, for a moment I felt I am home. But that's my usual emotions on the first day of school. Let's see how this first week goes and the whole semester as well.
Here is to this semester! *toasts*
P.S.
Lambda Sigma Pi is hosting the Back to School Night gathering at the house. I am so celebrating tonight!
