16 ounces fine egg noodles
8 ounces cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream
2 tablespoons butter (or to taste)
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 Cook and drain noodles.
2 Add butter,salt and pepper to taste.
3 Stir in cheddar cheese and sour cream.
4 Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese melts.
Note: add bacon bits or ham, maybe some small peas to this to round it out. Serve with crusty bread.
