fucking robots!
In the mail today I found a letter from the governement to me.
"JUROR QUESTIONNAIRE ENCLOSED
OPEN, FILL OUT, AND RETURN IMMEDIATELY"
And I was like GD government, chill out. I'll mail the fuckin thing.
But then I wasn't so sure I'd be able to get it back to them in time.
There were so many instructions printed all over the envelope that I couldn't figure out how to get it open. It was one of those things where the letter acts as its own envelope and its just folded over and glued to itself and it has perforated edges where you have to break off the edge so you can open it. I think that was the longest sentence I've ever seen.
So finally I get the damn thing open
"There are no parking facilities provided but there are several commercial parking lots with varying prices in the general vicinity of the Courthouse".
"Your pay as a juror will be $19.00 per day. The term of jury service in Hamilton County is two weeks. The hours are normally 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday".
My newest thought about this is that it is literally going to cost me money if I get selected.
But I also think it would be interesting. I will be in school though, so they'll probably excuse me. I sure as hell hope so. I can't even answer some of these questions on the survey. O well, maybe if I leave some blank they'll cut me out. Yea! good planb
