Today for the first time since pushing a 7lb 6.5oz bundle of loveable joy out of my girl, I checked out the damage. Well all I can say is it looks much different. Well not really different just flabby. Not really flabby but, womanly:) I have been doing kegel exercises. To do kegels all you have to do is firmly tense the muscles around your virgina and anus and hold for 10 sec or as long as you can. You can do them while you are driving home from work sitting at your computer or while you cook dinner. They can be done at any time really and the Dr says they will help get the goods back in shape. :) Also if you have trouble with dribbling when you laugh or cough they can help you too.
Breastfeeding is a very stressful, but important part of motherhood. Aiden had a very difficult time lauching on. So I started pumping my breast every 3 hrs i have to milk myself. To help my milk production along my the Dr. recommend that I drink a beer or a glass of wine everyday so, for 15 min out of my busy day I am free and adult like.
Travis is doing wonderful in school and fatherhood. Aiden and Trav have a connection that Aiden and I don't have. Aiden and I have our own connection all day but, when Travis comes home it all eyes on daddy.
At the beginning of Dec Travis has a evaluator course and freestyle course for snowboarding in Toronto. We will be spending a week there then going straight from there to MO for three weeks. That is the news.
