Well today is Tuesday November 9, 2004. What does that mean for nerds world-wide? Two words... HALO 2.
***Note: To anyone who doesn't want to hear about HALO 2, please move on to the next set of stars...***
So someone on my hall bought the game right at midnight so I got to play a little bit last night. The graphics are amazing, but I'm still getting used to the new gameplay. Last night I was doing terrible and thought the game sucked, but its getting better now. I played the first level of the campaign mode which was really fun. This weekend, I'm going down to Milledgeville so Nate and I can play through the campaign mode together. I preordered a copy for myself, but it was like a year ago, so its getting shipped to my house. I will probably just wait until Thanksgiving to pick it up.
***Note: I'm done talking about HALO 2 now***
So I'm going to visit Nate this weekend, and that should be fun. I'm really going to enjoy the break from school. This week I have an English paper, History paper, Calculus test, and Chemistry test. Wow... I will REALLY enjoy the break!!! I'm also looking forward to going home for Thanksgiving. All my friends from high school will be home, as well as my sister who is going to college up in Pennsylvania!! Okay, well right now I need to finish up my English paper and then I will probably play a little more HALO... whew I really am going to stop talking about it now...
Yesterday I recruited Daniel and Mayo (Jonathan Mayo... but we have 4 Jonathans on our hall) to play on my intramural soccer team. Daniel didn't have any of his stuff with him, so we went to the mall to get him some soccer cleats. We found some shoe store that was having a sale and he got a $120 pair of cleats for $40. I found a pair of awesome pink and black shoes. Normally I would have passed them up because they were pink... and I don't need any shoes right now... but they were only $10... who can refuse a pair of $10 pink shoes??? They are my favorite shoes now and I've started wearing them everywhere. The only problem is that its obvious they were $10 shoes because the insole has already ripped to shreds. I fixed this by putting in the insoles from my boots that I never wear anymore. Yay! Well, I'm gonna get crackin' on my paper now... Peace!

P.S. I never get any comments so I was just wondering if anyone actually reads my journal... I will probably still write in it, even if no one reads it, but it would be nice to get comments every once in awhile :) :). Just to check if anyone reads my journals, if you could just leave a comment and drop your name, that would be great! Thanks everyone!
