New Agency Update

We called the new agency we are thinking about signing up with. The person I need to speak with his on partial vacation this week because her kids are on spring break. Fair enough, but I have to wait a week now to talk to someone. I did hear that is one problem with the place (slow at responding)!

I just want to figure out whether we are signing up with them or not and get the damn thing started.
