College is kinda pointless... isn't it?

Currently I am highly disappointed in myself for being so unmotivated. Is it normal to feel so unenthusiastic about college work and such? I just don't want to do any of it. I'd rather be off on my own being an apprentice for some place like counseling or an electrician or a carpenter and getting experience that I can actually USE. I mean, I get a lot from the reading I do for certain classes and sometimes it's really inspiring, the things said in lectures, but it's just not fulfilling to me.

Oh well! I'll live, I'm just a little fuzzy about what the purpose of my time in school is right now. But that's alright. I'm still happy!
