I spooked David Tennant!
Yes. Totally unintentionally. Sorry David.
I tip-toed to look over the hedge into the house the crew had commandeered for filming and there he was! David was standing in the living room at the window. He saw me and jumped back quickly and hid behind a wall. One spooked David! Ah bless. He probably thought I was a crazed fangirl but I'm not! Honest! Er.. sorry for spooking you David!
How I happened to be there:
Well, my friend gave me the exciting news that she'd had a note through her door to say they're filming Doctor Who Thursday night in the next street and 'sorry for the inconvenience'. Inconvenience?? What?? Have they no idea how we live for this stuff?
Anyway 8pm the text arrived. Filming had started. A quick walk across to hers and I found the entire neighbourhood stood at the top of the street. The lovely Mr Tennant was running through a scene where he darted from one side of the street to the other with sonic scewdriver in hand and then ran towards a van - searching for something I guess. Katherine Tate - all dressed in black - then did her bit running after the van.
My friend then showed me the house they'd commandeered and re-decorated. (Why, why did I not think of offering my home? *sigh*) You could see into the front room over a hedge.
We then wandered around to the alleyway at the side and so happened Katherine Tate was on her way back into the house. She said hello to the few of us there which was nice of her.
My friend got bored and went home. I then wandered back passed the house again. I tip-toed to look over the hedge into the house and there he was! David was standing in the living room at the window.
