So I finally arrive in Newark, standing at the luggage carousel, I can't say that I was too optimistic that my bag was going to be there, given the change in flight plans AND the gross negligence and ignorance of Continental Airlines. Of course I didn't want my bag to not be there, I just thought it might take longer to arrive. So we had a good night out last, after I got a much needed shower...I was in route to NYC for 40 hours! I woke up this morning and checked on the status of my luggage. It is nowhere to be found. I think the airline said that I could go shopping and spend up to $50 on replacement goods which they will reimburse me for. Sure.
