2013's story: part 1

So, it's 2013. Time for resolutions and stuff.

I'm aiming to end 2013 at 180lbs. I'm currently on 195lbs, so that's 15lbs to lose by the end of the year. Definitely doable.

I'll be doing this via my usual eating plan - no dairy, no wheat, no refined sugar, no coffee, no pork. No bread, no biscuits, no cake. I'm allowing myself a maximum of 36 days over the course of the year where I don't follow said plan, but hoping to only take 24.

Exercise is going to have to be off the charts, but that's how I like to operate in all fairness, so that's a-ok.

I'm feeling pretty positive about it actually. This year is my year. :)
